Titan Timber sought a contract Field Technician to manage their equipment at the newly established Bear Lake Division. Seizing the opportunity to expand my business and broaden our customer base, I enthusiastically joined their team. Ruckus Mechanical delivered exceptional maintenance and repair services to Titan Timber.

Given the remote location and significant distance from dealerships for parts, communication, efficiency and organization in parts ordering and service forecasting were paramount. Despite these challenges, we excelled in keeping the equipment operational and ensuring the continuous movement of logs to the town, thereby meeting our client's needs effectively and reliably.
